Can I shorten the laces of my corset?
Yes you may! I purposely cut the laces quite long so you have enough wriggle room with your lacing techniques. In case you find them to be to long in the end, cut them with sharp scissors and burn the edges very carefully with a candle or a lighter to prevent fraying.
Where are your products manufactured?
My products are all exclusively handmade by me - Charlotte - in my little workshop in West Yorkshire (England).
What is the return policy?
Because my corsets and garments are generally made-to-order, they cannot be refunded. However: Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When is my order ready to ship?
All garments are made-to-order, which means I will start working on your garment once you made your purchase. The entire process usually takes between 4-6 weeks. If you need your order quicker, please get in touch.
How long does shipping take?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK order usually take 2-3 days, US orders tend to take around 10 days.
