Can I return items?

Items markes as "immediately available" are eligible for return under certain circumstanced. Garments that were made for you are not eligible for return. Are all your garments handmade?

All my garments are 100% handmade with a high attention to detail and an extra bit of love! If you buy from nightingale corsetry, then you are supporting a small buisness and not a faceless giant.

Can I become a brand ambassador?

Here at nightingale corsetry we're always happy to collaborate with other like-minded people to create amazing things together! Do you think you got what it takes? Then send us a message, we look forward to hear from you!

Can I shorten the laces on my corset?

I purposely cut the ribbons for all corsets quite long to give you as much wiggle room as possible. However if you want to shorten them that's absolutely not a problem. Simply cut the excess off and carefully "burn" the open edge. The ribbon is made from polyester so the material will just melt under the heat which results into it not fraying anymore.
